God, give us a good resting night. Short Prayer
Lord, Good Night,
I rest in that quiet repose
you give to those you love.
I pray for your blessing on this night,
may your holy angels to protect us,
please, keep away all danger from our home
and give us a night of peace.
Thank you God for the night light,
for you brought us home safety.
May we sleep confident,
may we go to bed with peace of mind
that gives us the fact that you care for us
as well as you take care of the birds.
We praise You for your great love.
God, grant us a good night as we go to rest. Amen
