Bedtime Short Prayer for you

On this night when I go to sleep

I pray, Lord, that you take all negative thought

out of my mind and

place thoughts of peace,

christian promises of strength

and encouragement that comes

to know that you will give me a  

calm, confident and deep sleep.

Thank you God for this new night,

you give comfort to my heart,

give strength to my life

and with you I'll keep going.

Tonight I will be able to sleep

and wake up tomorrow quiet

knowing that you care for me. Amen.
